GCL Equipment’s air pollution control system is a two-bed RTO design that provides a cost-effective means of achieving environmental compliance for volatile organic compounds (VOCs), hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), air toxics and odors.
The Roxidizer® RTO two-bed design is a less complicated system that provides very high levels of VOC control with minimal maintenance requirements for a regenerative thermal oxidizer. The high VOC destruction removal efficiency capabilities of the Roxidizer® pollution control equipment also make the system a good choice for odor control. 

The Roxidizer® RTO system uses the latest generation of structured ceramic packing as the heat transfer media. The ultra-low static pressure drop and high thermal efficiency of the Roxidizer® RTO provide the lowest possible hourly operating costs and the quickest return on investment. Each Roxidizer® RTO pollution control system includes an equipment room mounted on the end of the unit. The lighted equipment room provides a safe, secure environment to house the Roxidizer® control panel and all system controls. Most equipment maintenance and troubleshooting can also be performed from within the enclosed room, providing protection from inclement weather. The design of the Roxidizer® RTO system provides the flexibility required to handle a wide range of VOC emission levels and fluctuating system airflows.
